Towards the end of 2014 I worked very closely with Jay-Be to manage their new sofa bed photography and videos. You can view the photography portfolio post here.
The project saw us take stills photography and videos for five sofa beds and one footstool bed. Each product had its own set to match the product. The videos were actually relatively easy and quick to shoot as most of the time consuming aspects had already been resolved whilst doing the stills photography. I edited the videos in Apple’s Final Cut Pro X and the simple Intros were created in Adobe After Effects.
This was a great project and certainly the largest I’ve been involved with to date. The cameraman on this shoot was Paul Kerrigan. Paul is a fantastic cameraman who has years of experience and has worked for both the BBC and Channel 4.
