Over the last few months I’ve been doing some video editing for one of my clients Jay-Be it’s the first time I’ve done any video editing and I have been loving it. I’ve been using Final Cut Pro X which apart from the odd bug is a great piece of software and I’ve found it really easy to use.
Going back to my story, as part of the videos we decided the videos would have more impact if they had a voice over to accompany the music that we have already had specially composed. Having decided on a women’s voice and the company we would use, today we actually did the recording. The studio is based in London so it wasn’t practical for us to travel so we did the whole recording over Skype. Worked out better than I imagined it would and we are really pleased with the results.
The videos (seven in total) will be available really soon, as soon as I get the new Jay-Be website finished. Once we launch the website we will be adding the videos to You Tube and Vimeo, I’ll post a link as soon as I can for those that want to see them.
